Welcome to our Scandinavian timber-cladded cabin situated in a quiet rural setting only 6km from Athenry town with its medieval castle, cosy pubs, good restaurants, and shops. Athenry has rail/bus connections with Dublin, Limerick and Galway City. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

Sleeps 10, only 20 minutes drive from Limerick city and 10 min from the picturesque twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina. 2 double bedrooms, 1 queen with bunkbeds and unsuite and one double with unsuite. Guests have their own private attached one bedroom cottage at the side of the host home with a spacious bedroom, ensuite bathroom with electric shower, living area, kitchenette, oil heating, open fire, private patio & private parking. Surrounded by nature. 500m from the renowned Coolmore Stud. Within 5 minute drive from the scenic town of Fethard. Short drive to the Rock of Cashel, Kilkenny Castle, Cahir Castle, Swiss Cottage, Blueway & Slievenamon just to name a few.

Burren chalet - beautiful space, fabulous location

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The chalet is nestled at the foot of Oughtmama Mountain amongst ash, hazel, and whitethorn trees. It's the perfect location for walking on the Burren pavement, caving, rock climbing, foraging on the shore, or swimming in the Atlantic. You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Babes Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.
