Vous apprécierez mon logement de 20 m2 pour la vue panoramique sur mer et son confort : 1° étage avec ascenseur, lit relax électrique 2x70x200, BZ 140x190, lit parapluie avec matelas pour bébé. Repas face à la mer, grand parking. Parfait pour un séjour calme et reposant, pour couples, avec un enfant ou en solo.

Le bon repos côté quais : superbe T2 face au port

Notre appartement est situé sur le GR 34 et sur la vélomaritime, un local à vélo sécurisé est possible à réserver. Ce logement affiche un style résolument unique et très lumineux au deuxième étage d'une résidence cossue de petite taille. Les deux pièces de l'appartement chambre et séjour donnent sur la mer sur le port de plaisance de Perros Guirec. L'appartement est très calme, les fêtes sont interdites. N'avons pas mis la wifi volontairement mais des livres sont à votre disposition.
