Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Istrien! Barbara und ihr Vater sind ganz tolle liebevolle Gastgeber. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir schon mit selbstgemachten Wein und einer Wurst und Käseplatte und frischen Brot und Eistee überrascht 😊 das Haus ist makellos, sauber und toll! Grandioser Pool ! Tolle Aussicht! Und ruhige Umgebung. Barbara hat uns immer zeitnah bei Fragen geholfen! Alle größeren Orte wie z. B. Rabac, Pula, Rovinj sind dennoch gut und schnell mit Auto zu erreichen! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen ☺️

Die Villa von Toni und Karla ist ein Traum. Neben einer großen und geräumigen Küche findet der Gast vier wunderschöne Zimmer vor, die allesamt mit einer tollen Ausstattung einladen. Hinzu kommt ein großer Salzwasserpool und ein Whirlpool, welche die Entspannung der Gäste garantieren. Die Villa an sich liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, besticht aber durch eine exponierte Lage mit toller Sicht und einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Mit Mietautos kann die Umgebung wunderbar erkundet werden. Hierfür steht genügend Parkraum zur Verfügung. Toni und Karla sind beispiellose Gastgeber. Sie reagieren innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Anfragen der Gäste und kümmern sich um deren Anliegen. Dank Ihnen konnten wir uns im Urlaub auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren. Auf Nachfrage werden unterschiedlichste Empfehlungen hinsichtlich möglicher Aktivitäten in der Umgebung ausgesprochen. Diese Unterkunft wird uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, nah am Strand in toller Lage Mit einem sehr langen Pool gerade zum schwimmen perfekt.. sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr modern was uns sehr gefallen hat! Der Besitzer ist super freundlich hatte sofort geantwortet auf fragen und uns Tipps geben wo wir etwas unternehmen können.. wir kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen:)

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in Timos Villa höchst zufrieden . Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr geräumig mit einzigartiger Gartenanlage. Alles, was man benötigt, war vorhanden. Von der perfekten Kaffeemaschine, bis hin zum Fön in den vier Badezimmern. Die Villa ist etwas abgelegen, doch wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, ist es kein Problem. Rundherum werden gerade weitere Villen gebaut - hier hatten wir an einem Tag etwas Baulärm, aber wenn man zum Meer geht, stört auch dieser nicht. Wirklich großartig war Debby und ihre Familie - von ihr wurden wir vor Ort betreut und ich hab sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Debby, ich danke dir, dass du mit deinem offenen Herzen und deiner liebevollen , hilfsbereiten Art für uns da warst .....Du bist wirklich wunderbar Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in einer großartigen Ville, mit perfekter Betreuung

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

Amazing host, very fast to respond and always ready to help. I stayed for a month and the villa had everything we needed, also had a sea view right from my pillow every morning when I woke up. There is also an amazing restaurant walking distance and a supermarket, although the city is about 20min away

We absolutely loved our stay. Vesna's place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable and we were happy to have a private bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed including a bit of cheese and sausage provided for our arrival. The view is incredible, I could stare at it all day and night. We truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the local town, the beaches and most importantly the view. We had such a wonderful holiday and hope someday to return. The last bit of the drive to the villa is quite adventurous but oh so worth it. We loved this place very much and hated to leave. Before we left, Vesna gifted us some honey schnapps and her husband returned later with a nice bag of Chestnuts from their own tree. A lovely host family of a wonderful villa.

Stunning Modern Seaview villa with private pool

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.
