Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Accommodation a bit expensive, but I have to say very nice and in a great location, and amply balanced by the kindness and availability of Irena. Recommended

Our host was very responsive and accommodating: Thank you Christiana The space was spacious and very nicely arranged. The views are truly stunning and the pool is perfect. Ravni is a beautiful destination, with very nice views of the Adriatic, however we would put a downside on the accessibility of shops (20min drive to Labin).

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

Place close to many nice beaches accessible in few minutes by car (we were with our 3 year old son), the flat was super clean! Has everything you need, the owners are very friendly and responsive, it was a blast! 😊😊😊

The apartment has everything you need. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, but also a great base, not far from the ferry to the island of Pag and the bridge on the island of Krk, not far from the beach. Marija is a wonderful, smiling host, communicative and willing to help.

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Staying with Tena was excellent! The place is exactly what I expected – neat, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Tena was super friendly, available and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything went smoothly, the communication was great, and the location is perfect for a vacation in Mali Lošinj.

A very wonderful accommodation - the view of the sea - FANTASTIC!!! (we were a little skeptical at first, photos are sometimes "patient" - but it is actually much nicer than in the pictures. You can sit outside and have a great time. The apartment has everything you need - especially the nice big table and the open kitchen - invites you to linger in bad weather. Communication was always very nice and very fast from the start. Thanks so much for the nice days.

We were completely satisfied. I liked the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need is available. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can take a nice long walk along the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!
