Casa ALOHA Residential Salinitas
Beautiful house in a great location! It has lots of space to enjoy the view and sea air and is close to shops and the Los Cobanos reef. There’s a little shop in the neighborhood that is really convenient and the security staff are polite and helpful. Be sure to start checking in and sending your ID’s early. Security makes the process take a bit of time.
Lush Retreat w/ beach access.
Amazing! Marta was super responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and has all amenities you can think of. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to coming back soon.

La Belle Beach Mansion 4 bed/4 bath
My family had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the pool. And even had a chef for the day, and the food was delicious! Adonay the house manager was wonderful too. Thanks again.
Beach-side cozy oasis
A perfect place to unwind and enjoy Salinitas! We loved our stay at this beach property. All spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment — from outdoor areas to cozy indoor corners. Our puppy also had an amazing time, it felt like home! The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making it super accessible without the need for a car. The hosts were available to answer our questions and gave us recommendations for food places in the area Definitely an experience we would repeat. ✨🏖️🐾
Beachfront Guest House Surrounded by Nature
We’ve stayed 4 nights in this place and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb is off the beaten track, so barely any people were around and we could really take the time to relax. Everything from communication, the description of the place and the cleanness was on point. I would rebook this place 100%, to enjoy a few days by the beach. Something to note: The place is far away from any major towns, so you need to bring groceries before hand. The bbq is amazing and we made use of that several times. Also, as this is far in the country side, you have many animals around. This is just something to be aware of, which didn’t bother us though.
Gated community Beachfront House
Advantages: The property offers amazing views, and the kids loved the pool and the beach – it was the perfect spot for family fun. There’s also at least one restaurant within walking distance along the beach, which made dining convenient. Disadvantages: A couple of things to note: You’re required to leave your passport or ID at the front gate for security purposes, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Additionally, while there’s a washer listed in the amenities, it is actually located in the groundskeeper’s home, making laundry a bit challenging. However, Veronica was very kind and offered to do my laundry for a fee to avoid disturbing her family, which I truly appreciated.
