Comfortable and quiet one-bedroom suite with terrace, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Located in a beautiful house of rationalist design, built by a renowned Canarian architect of the time, Tenerife's D. J.E. Marrero Regalado. Being located on the main road that connects Santa Cruz with La Laguna, some sensitive visitors who are not used to urban centers may find the sound of traffic annoying, but the ease of parking can compensate. :)

The apartment is just like the photos, everything is clean and organized, and it is in a central area where you have everything at hand. There are also small details such as leaving water, coffee, tea, oil, sugar, salt, which are small things and give a very good impression of the people who rent to you. Communication with Alejandro was very good and I have nothing bad to say. Just one observation for those who like TV with internet, the apartment has local channels, but those who come for a walk watch little TV. Thanks to Alejandro and Maria!!!

This place is just lovely, location is great, especially if you want to go for a hike in the mountains, which are very close . Supermarkets, bus stops and coffee shops are close. In the apartment you have everything you might need. I had a wonderful time there, many thanks!

The apartment is completely unique, tastefully decorated. Design enthusiasts will be delighted. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos, full of sun. Everything was clean, the huge bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, fast wifi. The location was central, perfect for exploring every part of the island. I had no problem finding a parking spot on the street. Luisa was a great person, she was happy to answer questions and give tips. She also agreed to a later check out. I highly recommend this apartment and dream of staying in it again someday.

The stay was very good and the apartment was as described. The best thing is its location and the details of having 2 bottles of water, coffee, cocoa, sugar, even a can of foie gras, in addition to cleaning items... Just one detail to improve: the towels. The shower towels were very small and as soon as they got wet they smelled bad.
