Todo Exactamente como las fotos, tranquilo limpio fácil de llegar para mi fue exelente gracias muy satisfecha con todo.. una pequeña contrariedad y es que necesita cortinas más oscuras en las habitaciones por que como sabrán uno va de vacaciones y quiere dormir hasta tarde y entra claridad muy temprano… pero después todo super chévere y cómodo..

Great location and very nice space. The complex is very safe. Its close to supermarket, gym and pharmacy. Its on the first floor so easy to get to. The wifi was superfast and worked well for my remote job. Washer and Dryer, hot water and relaxing vibes. The host was quick to communicate at all times. Last no power issues even during a bad storm. That was a first!

A Wonderful Stay at Jose's Cozy Airbnb! I had the most amazing time staying at Jose's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made the experience extra special. The bed was super comfortable, and the natural light in the room created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Jose was an incredible host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and provided great local recommendations, which really enhanced my stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still peaceful and quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jose's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Jose for making my trip so memorable!

Tommy’s place is uniquely homey, and majestically spacious for one, or two people. This is one of the most comfortable, modern, cleanest, safe, and welcoming apt., that I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, over the last 6 years visiting the D.R., all of the expected comforts of western’s standard living, in one satisfactory, manageable package. The host Tommy, is truly an inspiring human being, uncomplicated, an a delight to interact with. The following observations, solely apply to those depending on ride-share, as their primary means of transportation. Due to the city’s ongoing structural developments, in the immediate vicinity (new metro railway lane), as well as other constructions inside the enclosed gated community, both the roads leading to the main gate, and the roads surfaces inside the residential enclave, are temporarily unpaved, and Uber gets exceptionally tricky at times. Just be proactively generous ($) as soon as a driver accept your trip, and you’ll be fine.

Desde que me contacte con Katherine fue muy atenta y amable conmigo respondiendo a todas mis preguntas e inquietudes, pendiente de que todo estuviera en orden hasta el día de mi salida. El apartamento equipado completamente, limpio, junto a su bonita decoración y todos los enseres funcionando a la perfección (nevera, televisores, aires acondicionados, calentador de agua etc…) Ubicado en un lugar muy tranquilo, agradable y familiar donde puedes disfrutar de gimnasio, parques de recreo entre otros y cuentas con dos parqueos designados para ti. Todo el residencial muy limpio y ordenado. Estoy muy satisfecha con Katherine y con el lugar, Sin duda alguna elegiría mi próxima estadía aquí ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a place I’m going to visit again if I come this place was very accessible three floors with a nice place to watch TV or do business work and then the third floor was great for looking at the sky, Jacuzzi. It’s one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve been in. And Dennis and his staff are great!
