House fully renovated and fully equipped. Very well located house, close to the beach of Les Grands Sables, in Kerohet. Access in less than 5 min walk. You'll appreciate the interior design for the kitchen and the spacious living space. Upstairs is a bedroom with a pull-out bed, a bedroom with a double bed with a beautiful volume as well as second toilets. The living room sofa is convertible. Great place to stay for couples, couples, couples, and families (with kids). You have a barbecue available to you.

The property is a renovated old stone cottage situated in a peaceful village a stone's throw away from two lakes ideal for walking or jogging, one mile away from the local beaches for water sports, and a mile away from the Eric Tabarly sailing centre and the submarine base. Shops and baker's half a mile away. Ideal for family holidays, or a break as a couple. Pets are not allowed, in keeping with hygiene and allergy standards.

In addition to the very well thought out layout of the house, as well as the impeccable cleanliness of the place, a nice decor, the house has yet another asset! In my opinion it adds to its charm....a pretty beach nearby very pretty, really very cool! i highly recommend it and will probably come back!

There were 13 of us for a business meeting. The accommodation was perfect, spacious, with the necessary bedding and bathrooms for everyone to have a bit of privacy. In short, everything met our expectations. Vincent was always very responsive to every request, as was Gisèle during our stay to each of my requests. I would therefore recommend this rental without so much as a second thought!

Warm welcome. Clotilde and Véronique are charming, smiling and available hostesses. The spacious, clean, well-equipped cottage. The play area as well as the excellent pool! The little plus the animals. What a change of scenery and soothing for kids and kids alike. We spent one week with family very nice where everything was nearby with many activities for children. We really enjoyed our stay at Michael's place, in addition it is super nice, offered us several visits to do in the area. Its apartment is GREAT, very well located,quiet, great view of the ocean and the heated pool, ..👍. We had a nice sunny week and would have stayed longer without Pb! Great experience at Pascal's! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: very green and quiet environment, well furnished offering all the necessary comfort with a very well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor spaces with a very beautiful and large garden. Typical Groix house, in its original condition but well maintained, clean and well located in relation to Locmaria beach. The environment is really very quiet and soothing, perfect for unwinding! The owners are also very available, reachable and the flexibility granted on check-in and check-out times was greatly appreciated!
