The house is located in the characteristic town of Loreto Aprutino, which is famous for the production of high quality olive oil. The pleasant town has several bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Every Thursday there is a morning market. This is authentic Italy on its best. Quiet and cozy place with a lot of options in the near surroundings. Both mountains and sea, it is up to your preference for exploring Abruzzo. The GREEN region offers national parks, high peaks and beautiful beaches.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Comfortable apartment in a central area. Private parking is available in front of the house and an exclusive garden equipped for friends and families. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area equipped with: an electric oven, induction hob, fireplace and a practical sofa bed; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The garden lights are scheduled to be turned off by 11:00 p.m., and unscheduled parties are not allowed.

A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
