The house has an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning; and the downstairs bedroom has a double bed and a fan. The downstairs bathroom has a shower. The upstairs bedroom bathroom has no shower. Warning: Pets are not allowed in the house, no exceptions. It is not allowed to accommodate more than 4 guests without prior agreement.
