King sized bed, 2 Twin beds and twin/full bunk beds. 1.5 bath with an open living/dining area. The Surf Chalet offers many conveniences: fire pit, patio, grill, large front yard, children's toys, beach chairs and yard/beach/board games.

With plenty of rooms for sleeping, our house is a place for unforgettable memories to be made each season with the ones you love. The location is unmatched, being less than a half mile walk to both Short Sands, Long Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Also includes an outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit on the patio, and a large back deck with grill overlooking the backyard.

The kitchen features modern appliances, highlighted by a vibrant red refrigerator. A central island with seating for three is complemented by white cabinetry and a wood-beamed ceiling. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, enhancing the open concept feel.

Two bedrooms with a loft serving as the third. Full kitchen and living room, kitchen island and dining table make mealtime family friendly. Brand new outdoor shower built in the fall of 2024 too!
