Our old barn has been completely renovated into a warm nest. Inside, everyone finds their corner on the sofa, at the table, in the sitting areas... In the morning, you wake up with a panoramic view of our orchard and the sheep meadow. In the summer, you can sit by the campfire in the evening while our "house" owl flutters around. If it's too cold, you can sit warmly inside by the stove. Through the fields, you can walk in a few minutes to the Schelde, the unique nature reserves and the picturesque village of Sint-Amands.

Huis Potaerde is situated in the old farm buildings on the square farm 'de Potaerdehoeve' ( now a modern dairy farm with cows and clalfs : to visit!), dated from 1772. Authenticity and class were central to the renovation. The location is extremely quiet, the cows graze on the adjacent meadows... And all this near the bustling center of Brussels! Very cosy apartment in a quiet street. The apartment is on level 0 en has a private terrace and garden. It has two rooms with kingsize beds and a sofabed for two in the living room. All the basics are there: bedlinen, towels, soap, coffee, sugar and herbs ... There is a private carport and a storage for bikes. Bookable for 4 people. The house is located 50 meters from the tomb of the famous poet Emile Verhaeren. Every day, the tides, the countless bird species and the beautiful nature provide various scenes. The landscape never gets boring. Walks, bike rides along the Scheldt, cozy terraces, delicious restaurants and sailing with the ferry: all this is Sint-Amands.
