Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

Welcome! You will enter through a private entrance. Further down this hallway is the bathroom, which is exclusively for guests of the vacation studio. The end of this corridor is also used to a limited extent by the owner. The stairs upstairs take you to the studio, with small kitchen. There is parking for cars, covered parking space for moto/bikes. There is a large garden and a covered terrace with lounge set where you can relax.
