We stayed at one of Mattias's cabins in October and it was in a wonderful location and super cozy! The views are amazing, right on the beach, and it's comfortable and snug. The cabins are such good value compared to a hotel room and much more practical for a family of 4. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, the cabin was nice and warm (good heating system that can be adjusted). Smart TV so we could watch our own Netflix. Sadly the weather was rubbish so we couldn't sit outside, but still a 5/5- highly recommend!

A swedish summer- and winterparadise

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, on a wonderful winter holiday at Stefan's house. We felt very welcome when we arrived at a heated house. The house is very spacious, clean and with a great view to a beautiful lake. Stefan had sent beforehand great instructions around the house, the route there, and the area. There are nice facilities both inside and outside the house, and we really enjoyed the sauna right by the lake. We also had a day skiing at Mullsjö Alpin. We will definitely be back!

Dear Jana and Jonas, we had a wonderful (although too short) holiday in your wonderful, cozy, super welcoming house. Already the arrival worked perfectly, we were even allowed to arrive earlier, nothing was missing, everything really perfect, super clean and a warm "home" from the first moment. We relaxed in the sauna and cooled down in the river next to the house, enjoyed the evenings at the fireplace, the kids were super happy and climbed and ran everywhere in the garden, we had nice walks around the lake and the best of our visit: Jonas showed us some precious natural treasures in the wood nearby, we had a little fire in the wilderness with fika and cookies, these are unforgettable moments, thank you so much for sharing these with us. We will definitely come back, next time at least two weeks. Thank you so much again!

We spent almost two weeks in Alvasjö with a family of 8. The place is nothing less than magic. A lovely house, renovated just the way it should be, leaving the historic parts and gently adding modern needs. Sara and Ed were really helpful, always there when needed and very easy to contact. Excellent communication. The area is beautiful, went canoeing, rowing, fishing, mountainbiking, SUP, hiking, Sauna ob the lake, mushroom and blueberry picking. It was not „just another holiday“, it was more than what we all dreamed of when it comes to „holiday in Sweden“. Will certainly come back, a must go when you want to experience a comfortable and exciting holiday in the middle of wonderful swedish nature. Many many thanks for everything, Sara and Ed!

We had the lovely week in the cabin, quiet surroundings with great nature, we were 4 people and 2 dogs. The dogs could run around in the enclosed garden and we could relax either on the patio behind the house, or in front of the house overlooking the field. We can't wait to come back for New Year. Stupid mosses are ready for a trip be about 5 km. walk in the woods and moss, easy with dogs.

There were nine of us and there was plenty of room and sleeping options. There was everything needed to cook and there was a great barbecue. The house has become well warm, especially with the fireplace. Highly recommended for a holiday with several people. We had a fantastic time and thank you for the accommodation.

The house is just perfect. It is absolutely detailed and everything has been thought of. It's practical and beautiful. You're just comfortable. Everything is also available around the house. We got a warm welcome in the house. Mark, Ellen and their parents were amazing and so so kind. We got a lot of good tips and they helped out with everything. The wood around the house is miraculous. We enjoyed the garden and the huge wooden terrace. The bathing place nearby is ideal with smaller kids to play and for the adults to swim. We did trips to Vimmerby and Astrid Lidgrens World and to Bästervik to the cost. I cannot think of anything we would have missed. Ellen, Mark and all of your family: Thank you so much!

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. Super beautifully renovated. The beds were good, and worked well with the sofa area. Lovely large kitchen/family room. The apartment was nice and clean. Beautiful bathrooms. The hosts were very accommodating. We can definitely recommend staying here in connection with ski trip to Isaberg 12 min away.

The house is the ideal starting point, especially for children and lovers of the classic Småland idyll. The furnishings are also original as 100 years ago, but offers current standards. Accessible with ramp at the entrance, if registered in advance. The living room is unfortunately on the upper floor, only accessible via a steep staircase, but since there is a large kitchen and Wi-Fi we did not miss much. The lake is about 2 km away. Hilly, so for fit cyclists or e-bikes. Wheelchair users should also be electrified. Ideally suited for dogs. Impressive nature in the immediate vicinity, including a nearby national park. Astrid Lindgren Park, Katthult-Hof, Elk Safari Park and much more are easily accessible, but away from any mass tourism. Plenty of relaxing tranquility and complete freedom for children, dogs… And not unimportant: very friendly landlords who are happy to accommodate special requests. IMPORTANT: the address is better entered for the navigation system as follows: Ulfsgården 145 / 598 92 Vimmerby

We traveled together with friends (4 adults and 4 children) and felt comfortable from the first moment. There was plenty of space and enough sleeping options. It was designed with a lot of love & warmth and there was nothing missing in the furnishings. We liked the quiet natural surroundings very much and the views were a dream. We had our desired snow dream, but we definitely want to come back at a different time of year. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The place is great. Spacious, cozy, good beds, the kitchen is provided with everything you need. A nice shower and you can use washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen you have a nice rural view. Also very convenient that we could charge the car. The ski slope of Mullsjo is close by. 10 minutes drive. We had a great time!

We were able to enjoy the stay from the first minute to the last minute. Everything was as described and Tomas was very friendly and helpful. The house offers the possibility to completely get out of everyday life and enjoy nature and tranquility, whether inside in the living room or outside on one of the 3 terraces. The sauna and lake offer additional recreational value.

Excellent location directly on a very quiet lake in the middle of the forest away from noise and hustle and bustle. It was sooooo good. Perfect for completely relaxing and unwinding. We didn't miss anything important when it was set up. The house is simple but cozy with all the basics. A rowing boat is located directly at the in-house boat dock in front of the door. A wonderfully clear lake invites you to swim. The view from the bedroom to the lake is uniquely beautiful. We were thrilled and can only recommend this house if you are looking for peace in nature. Those who need it will find shopping, excursion destinations and entertainment nearby. Picking mushrooms, biking, or hiking in a beautiful setting. Anything possible. We were thrilled and can only recommend the host with the house.

We were guests at Anette's with four people for a week. Anette was on site to welcome us, the place was as described, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Extremely quiet location and a good starting point for excursions. Also recommended and especially with children is the Kleva Gruva, an old mine. The property is not located directly on the lake, you have to walk a little downhill over the pasture or you can go to the nearest swimming spot, which is not far away. There is also an impressive little Schlips Museum... Thank you for letting us be there.

We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve in this accommodation. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa in the middle of nature. There is a lake behind the house and in front of the house you can walk directly into the forest. Perfect! Big plus was that we were allowed to bring our dogs. They also had a wonderful vacation! The house is spacious and comfortable. Ingatorp is a quiet and idyllic place. Nearby, there is a lot to do and see. Everything was in the house and there are two bathrooms. In summary, wonderful house!

The house is very nice and cozy with large garden. It is a bit remote but it is very quiet and idyllic. Shopping is not far away in the nearest larger town. Joakim always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.
