At Groom's, everything is included: Bed linen and towels, beds made on arrival... no extra charge!

The 50 m2 apartment (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. Somewhat atypical with its glass wall over the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing your teeth. recently renovated apartment, very bright, very clean.

Have a pleasant stay in this studio close to the sea and shops. On the ground floor of a detached house. The studio is located in Lomener, one of the five ports of Ploemeur. You just have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach of Anse du Stole, enjoy sunbathing, shore fishing and beautiful walks along the GR34 coastal path. Linens are provided. Outdoor furniture provided: Table and chairs for 2 people, and deck chairs.

Welcome to my apartment with a magnificent sea view. It consists of a large terrace, a pleasant bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. The apartment is located in Lomener, on the 1st floor of a quiet condominium and has a private parking space. The beach and coastal paths are at the foot of the building, as are shops and restaurants. Possibility to make bikes and paddles available!

Everything was perfect, the house is well equipped, easy to access by public transport and bike, beautifully decorated and very pleasant. Nadine and her husband were very accommodating and helpful, thank you again!

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Check-in and check-out are independent but the instructions given are very clear and the hosts at Groom are easily reachable. Very clean accommodation and with everything that was necessary. A little extra of this apartment: the ocean view is superb!

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

Quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the accommodation is clean, functional (nothing missing) and pleasant. Only a 3-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the city center along the beach. In the garden area reserved for the tenant there are deckchairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining and even a small electric barbecue. We had a great stay. Marie-Jo is a very friendly and smiling host, always available. Excellent hospitality. Ideal for a couple or 2 friends. I recommend the accommodation 300%.

We had a great time in Ploemeur. The house is very nice, clean and very well-equipped. The coast is a short walk away, as are restaurants and shops. Xavier from the Groom concierge was very accommodating and friendly. Communication was easy. We recommend!
