Located opposite Baku Aquatic Center, near bus stops, FOMO nightclub, and just 2 km from the Maiden Tower. "It is prohibited to turn up the music and organize parties during evening hours."

The owner is very hospitable and easy to talk to, responding quickly to all questions. The place itself is lovely, a quiet retreat with fresh air and a cozy, well-designed interior. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this house.

Владелец всегда был на связи и быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, а также помог с оформлением регистрации. Он постоянно интересовался нашим отдыхом и предлагал свою помощь. Seaside cosy apartment in excellent location!

The place is very centrally located, right opposite the Four Seasons Hotel, so it's easy to find and walk to all the attractions. It's very compact, but full of amenities that work - the stove, the hot kettle, the clothes-stand are some of the things we used. Samir himself is a very responsive host. On the night we arrived, it was late (past 11 pm) and we had trouble at the airport with the cab guy. None of them wanted to go for the fare shown in the app, around 9 Manat. Finally we negotiated with a guy to take us for 20, but he could not get his google maps going. Samir kindly spoke to him and guided him to the apartment. One word of advice to travellers with heavy suitcases - the apartment is on the third floor of an old-style building, with tall stairs. We were able to manage fine, but be sure you are okay with this. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Pro tip: Don't miss sitting out in the balcony in the evening when the weather is nice.
