The whole condominium was renovated in '14 with much precision to old architectural artifacts. Little, beautiful courtyard is another place to rest, especially during sunny days. The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-3 people. It is functional and fully equipped.
