Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Brygghuset Hagestad, a former microbrewery in Österlen, offers a newly renovated guest house in boutique hotel style. Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 minutes walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik on Eklaholm & Reunion shop/café. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice dining experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the area. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km to ICA, pharmacy, etc. Bed linens & towels are included. Cozy loft near Löderup beach

Fully-equipped attic. There is a larger living room with skylights both to the north and south. Open floor plan as shown in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to cozy up after a lovely autumn or winter walk. Double bed (two 90 cm beds put together) in the living room. There is also a smaller 90-bed in a corner. In the bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors.
