Large apartment (90 m2) in a quiet area with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and faces south. It is not overlooked. The accommodation is on one level and the terrace is very large. You can see the sea from all the rooms (even from the bed!). Parking right in front of the house. The land is not fenced on all sides. Free WiFi. Cleaning fee of €80. IMPORTANT. In winter, the electricity meter is read for heating.

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's villa. The house and location are even more beautiful than in the photos and the beach is right outside the door, so that even after the sauna, which is also perfect, you can also take a swim in the sea in March. From every window in the house you have a fantastic view of the sea and we were able to watch spectacular sunsets. The amenities were also perfect, we didn't miss anything and Delphine was super helpful at all times. I've never been to a more beautiful vacation home and after 2 days we felt relaxed and the stress of home seemed far away. I miss the villa already, and can't wait to come back one day! Thank you for this wonderful stay 😍

Wonderful views from the sitting room , we had forgotten our binoculars which we regretted for watching the birds . Lovely walks along the coastal path from right outside the door . Beautiful white sand beach where some expert kite surfers entertained us with their acrobatics . At this time of year , very quiet in the area. Short drive to the bakery and (small) shops.

My wife and I are delighted with our week-long stay at Marie Christine and Henri's apartment. The accommodation is very pleasant to stay in for its brightness and for the wide view of Trestraou Beach. Likewise, our hosts were pleasant, gave good advice, were responsive... and discreet. The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped and close to the customs trail for beautiful walks to Ploumanac'h, Trégastel (where a stop at the Nomad creperie is a must) and Renote Island (for the bravest). We will certainly rent this accommodation on our next stay in Perros.

Great stay with the family! Laurence made everything available for our children: beach toys, bike, bath and crib. Perfect location close to a beautiful beach and incredible sea views! We had wonderful weather that allowed us to do lots of walks and activities for the children (ponies, beaches, castle, etc.).

Absolutely beautiful house and place. 100m from Trestel Beach and the coastal path. The house is great and functional. We would have loved to enjoy the beautiful terrace with sea view, but the weather decided otherwise (no worries the interior is very nice). The only problem with this house is that you have to leave it at a time!!!!
