A beautiful cosy space for us to curl up in while the storms continued outside. We were lucky to have a break in the wind and rain arohnd tea time to enjoy the sun on the mountains surrounding us while cooked outside too! Very pleasant people who've created a wonderful space to stay.

This cabin is situated in a beautiful, secluded woodland. It is well equipped, comfortable and warm. The Holt, a communal space with extra everything is also home to a huge range of maps and local information. Christine was welcoming and friendly and the cabin was spotless. Highly recommended! Beautiful Sea View Cottage (Applecross Peninsula)

JoeRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Lorna's holiday cottage was fantastic; lovely place to stay, beautiful setting and the house was super comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking during our week in Scotland. The views from the house across the bay were stunning. Lorna and Derrick were fantastic throughout the week, and their smokehouse smoked salmon exceptional. We will definitely be back to visit and enjoy seeing the Pine martens and Dolphins again.

Lodge with private hot tub.

JessicaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Ishbel and Angus's place. The lodge was very comfortable, clean and bigger than it looks in the photos. The hot tub was a welcome respite in the evenings after our hill walking adventures, and you never tire of the views, they are outstanding. We mainly did hill walking and scrambling in the area. We booked a two day scrambling course with a local guide which was fantastic. We walked/ran to and from Scoraig, and we enjoyed a two hour boat trip around the summer isles from Ullapool. We definitely recommend the Sea Shack in Ullapool for fresh seafood! The area is remote, peaceful and quiet, a perfect getaway from it all. You can truly switch off here and enjoy the natural world.
