Close to nature cabin with great views

A wonderful and typically small Swedish cabin with a great view! We took two Australians on a small road trip and spent one night in Robbin's cabin and had a wonderful time. We played mini golf and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The cabin has everything you need for one or a few nights there, has a well-equipped kitchen and very new bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The only thing to be aware of, is that with 4 or 5 people, it might simply be a bit cramped - but that's part of the cabin charm. Robbin is a great host who responded quickly and gave us a lot of good information about the cabin and activities in the area. If we're ever in the area, we will definitely come back!

Our stay at the house was absolutely perfect! The serene Swedish countryside setting is the ideal backdrop for this beautifully renovated home. Some of our favorite things regarding our stay was the well-equipped kitchen which made cooking a joy, the high-quality beds and furniture around the house and the peaceful outdoor spaces where we could relax and take in the stunning surroundings. The communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. This retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. We can't recommend it enough and can’t wait to return for a longer stay next summer!

There were nine of us and there was plenty of room and sleeping options. There was everything needed to cook and there was a great barbecue. The house has become well warm, especially with the fireplace. Highly recommended for a holiday with several people. We had a fantastic time and thank you for the accommodation.

The house is just perfect. It is absolutely detailed and everything has been thought of. It's practical and beautiful. You're just comfortable. Everything is also available around the house. There was a lot of effort in furnishing the house and the property with attention to the details. We had a very nice first Swedish vacation.

Staying in Solveig's small cabin was like staying in a whisper from nature itself. The house is so quiet and beautiful, surrounded by forest, birdsong and a silence that carries. And only some steps away — a mirrored lake, where the sky meets water in an eternal breath. The cottage is not only beautiful — it is magical. It has everything you need to rest, be, breathe. You don't have to worry about anything — just feel, and allow the stillness to carry you. Solveig's heat is noticeable in everything: in the details, in the silence, in the way the room rests around you. I will carry this location with me for a long time. A place where the heart can land. Elma’s place is just magical. Very quiet with a fantastic view over the lake. It was great for travel to Finspang & Norrkoping. Would def finally stay again if it’s available next time we visit the area. My wife fell in love with the place. The house is very well equipped with everything you could want and great wifi. Highly recommended.

Perfect house for us 2 families (4 adults 4 children) Plenty of space, nice surroundings and a very accommodating host who both brought the children to see all the animals, showed good place for sausage grilling and offered eggs from their own chickens. Lovely with a spa bath under clear starry sky and fun with so much stuff outside for the kids (playhouse, wooden house, swing etc) Well-equipped kitchen and nice social areas for our New Year's celebration. We had great days and will be happy to come again to explore the place in the summer.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We had the entire house to ourselves, which made for a perfect stay. Christoffer was incredibly kind and always responded within minutes. Once he realized I had a small child, he went out of his way to prepare a cozy nest and provide toys — such a thoughtful gesture!

Nice and spacious house in Katrineholm. We had a great time, Malin was very supportive during our stay. The house is well-equipped, just a bit warm in summer due to the big glas front. If we ever come back to Katrineholm, we will definitely stay here again.
