The Lake-house was one of the most memorable experiences our family will remember. A weekend of grilling, football, kayaking and family time at its best. Christine provided great accommodation and response time was on point. We will definitely return in August. We couldn't ask for anything more and may I say the view was incredible and very quiet.

This was a great opportunity for me and my siblings to remember the time when our parents had a cottage at Conesus Lake. I was only 2 so I enjoyed hearing their stories. It was great to connect and what a fantastic atmosphere! The weather was a little cloudy and rainy but when the sun came out it was beautiful. Inside the cottage was very welcoming and comfy too. The neighbors were kind too!

This cabin was blissfully comfy and clean - we slept so incredibly well and baked tons of cookies for our potluck gathering the next day in Rochester, which was a very easy drive. Kitchen is nicer than mine at home. Evening walks by the lake for stargazing was the fabulous top up to our delightful stay. 👌👌👌

We enjoyed staying at Gena’s place. The location right on the lake and not far from Letchworth State Park was what we loved about it the most. She had great amenities to enjoy the lake (we just wished that it would have been better weather to enjoy it)! Thanks for hosting us and our dog!

Karen and her partner Joe were great hosts. You can tell they care a lot about the customer experience and promptly addressed any questions or requests I had. The lake setting was beautiful and although there were shared outdoor spaces, Karen and Joe did great at striking a balance between friendly and respecting privacy. The paddle boat was also a great touch. I can’t wait to visit again and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for some tranquil reprieve.

Everything was great! The hosts are fantastic. Tent is clean and comfortable with everything you need and very quiet and private site. Outdoor shower is great as well.

Our group had the loveliest stay, and Rich was a fantastic host. Was so nice to meet him and his pups! Felt right at home and was able to have a private reunion with friends on the water. The location and space was beautiful. Appreciated having a grill and kitchen full of appliances! Would gladly stay here again.

Comfortable home in a GORGEOUS spot! This was our first visit to the finger lakes, and Jess’s spot was perfect. We loved sitting on the dock and taking in the views. Plenty of space, and really comfortable- especially with so many outdoor sitting areas. It was a perfect place!

this house is amazing. we had a great family get together there. Very Private and relaxing. All the bathrooms were spotless. kitchen has everything you could possible need. Would definitely go back.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the lake was amazing and the space itself was very nice. A few minor things to make it even better would be cleaning the outdoor sitting areas and chairs as they were all covered in webs and seems they haven’t been touched in a long time. The downstairs bathroom drain was loose and needs to be secured because there is a big hole that your toes can get caught in.

Great place for a week with family. We went with our adult children for a great week of boating, kayaking, fishing, games, and fun! The place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. If you are coffee hounds like we are, bring your own Nespresso or Keurig, as the Keurig 2.0 there is, while new-looking, super temperamental, only working 4 of the 7 days we were there. (There is an automatic drip machine there too). The place is two doors down from The Beachcomber, where we ate two of the nights. Great food, but be aware there is live music on weekends that you can hear inside the cottage even with the windows shut. We didn't mind at all, even enjoyed it! Just a heads up. Best part of the property was that it was flat, no stairs to the docks! We rented a pontoon boat from Float Fingerlakes LLC, which really added to the fun! The cottage had two big tables, we used one for jigsaw puzzles and games and one for dinners. We would totally come back here again!
