NEW IN 2025: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.

End unit, one of the largest with two masters, cul-de-sac w/private wooded views. Close to everything! Nubs, Boyne Highlands, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Mackinac. Cottage Cove is our family vacation home, we welcome respectful families, couples & mature adults to enjoy as their own vacation home. NOT a party house.

Full kitchen w/ utensils & dishes, extra sheets, towels and full-size W/D. Minimal paper products provided. Near pool/hot tub & tennis courts, short walk to the lake & beach. Sorry NO PETS or Smokers. Renter MUST have good rating from previous Airbnb stays. Garage Not included. 3 Nites in summer.
