It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

The cozy cabin was just that! It was so clean and was even better than the pictures! The bathroom was large with a nice shower and the outdoor area was great! The kitchen is tiny (which we expected) so it’s much easier to cook outside/use the grill. There are so many great trails and things to do within 10-20 minutes from the cabin.

We felt completely at home and could just unplug and enjoy the moment we spent our time playing board games, sipping coffee in the garden or making dinner together in the cute little kitchen. Emily was an absolute pleasure: very kind and thoughtful, and great to talk to. You can tell she really cares about the space and the people who stay in it. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already dreaming of coming back.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!
