What a View!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was incredibly peaceful and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given all the information we needed. After that, we were free to enjoy our time without any interruptions. Nancy, in particular, took exceptional care of us. Highly recommended!
A tranquil scene of a sandy shoreline extends alongside calm waters, reflecting the sky's blue hues. Lush green trees line the background, providing a natural border, while gentle waves create a smooth transition between land and sea.

We are grateful for our time at Leslie and Todd's beautiful home. The view is extraordinary, we savored time at Pondville Beach and Lennox Passage provincial park. Whenever we had a question, Leslie and Todd responded very promptly. The kitchen was well-equipped with all we needed - including very thoughtful touches. Every room was immaculate. A wonderful stay. Thanks, Todd and Leslie!

Stayed at brenda’s place for a quick one night stay in the area. It was perfect for me. Very tidy, well cared for, and nice touches with the coffee, tea and fresh cream. I would book this place again.

Central Bras D’or Chalet - Your own Sand Beach

TriciaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
What a beautiful place! We loved the cottage and its location was wonderful for our exploration of this part of Cape Breton. It was only about 40 minutes to Baddeck and 1:45 to Fortress Louisbourg. It was well equipped and spacious - perfect for the four of us. The loft was great for my 18 year old nephew who was up later than the rest and the other two bedrooms are at opposite sides of cottage - great for sleeping! Unfortunately, it was grey and rainy for most of our stay so we did not get to enjoy the patio much at all. It must be wonderful in the sunny weather, though! The screened in area was great (we did get an hour without rain one evening). There was lots of room for us inside to hang out during the rainy days and the big windows with the view of the lake made being inside not so bad! The property feels very private. Even though there is a trailer park nearby, we were completely unaware of it when at the cottage. Not much close by but be sure to eat at Charlene’s!
