Beautiful place with the lake view! Quite and private.

We loved the stay at the vila and all the beautiful space that came with it. We were three families with kids of different ages and a young couple, and everyone found something to do, walk, swim, SUP, play or just chill in one of the many indoor and outdoor lounging areas. We loved the outdoor BBQ and that was on almost every night. The sauna and hot tub were great end of the day activities for everyone, and the host had it ready for us and did all the clean up after. There was a great sense of privacy, peace and beautiful nature at your doorstep, I am already planning when we could come back again!

A large and spacious house, well maintained and tidy. Amazing yard and great city location very close to city centre. The host is just wonderful, helpful and kind.

A really terrific person, we even had an opportunity to sit down and talk about history as well as life in general.

Namas įsikūręs ramioje vietoje, jame erdvūs ir jaukūs kambariai. Uždarame kieme yra patogi automobilio stovėjimo vieta. Name rasite visus reikalingus įrankius. Viešnagę planavome darbiniais tikslais, todėl ši vieta puikiai tiko darbui ir laikino biuro įrengimui. Dėl patogių sąlygų manau, kad šis namas puikiai tiktų ir ramiam poilsiui.

Дом потрясающий, все о чем можно мечтать: мы арендовали первый этаж, где было 3 спальни (легко вместят в себя 7 человек, нам троим в нем было очень удобно играть в прятки), кухня и ванная комната. Также нашем распоряжении был сад для игр, отдыха, барбекю, с отличной верандой, на которой мы провели много много приятных вечеров наблюдая за отблесками заката. Расположение дома очень удобно, близко к основной центральной улице, 10 минут пешком до парка Бируты, 15 мин до моря, в двух минутах ходьбы кафе, магазин, фруктовый киоск, мороженое, аренда велосипедов... За те же 15 минут можно добраться до основного променада с сувенирами, целой кучей кафе, развлечений для детей любых возрастов. Все легко и доступно. Но сам дом находится на очень тихой улице, что создает очень мирную уютную атмосферу. До ближайшего крупного магазина пешком 5 минут, до автобусной станции 15. Нам так понравился дом и окрестности, что несмотря на арендованную для поездок машину мы ей почти не пользовались. До начала поездки мы в основном общались с Игнасом, который отвечал очень быстро и подробно на любые вопросы. Виолетта - его мама, была нашим ангелом-хранителем, все нам объяснила, показала по приезде. На любой запрос реагировала быстро, поскольку живет наверху. Мы с удовольствием вернемся следующим летом в этот уютный теплый дом и будем всем его рекомендовать! Виолетта, Игнас, спасибо вам большое за все! The house was everything we could dream of and even more! Spacious (3 bedrooms easily accomodating up to 7 people, large kitchen, and bathroom), clean, very well located with a big garden and covered little cosy terrace were lots of nice evenings were spent! Location of the house is pefect, 10 minutes walk to the large park, 15 min to the sea, couple of minutes away are cafe, little groccery shop, fruit and vegies stand, biking rent spot. A bit furteher away is a main promenad with a bunch of cafes, souvernirs shops, attractions for the kids of all ages. Despite all thsis the house is very quite and peaceful as located the the small side street. WE loved the place so much that almost didn't use our rented car )) Before the trip we mostly communicated with Ignas, whose answers were always speedy and compehensive. Then we were taken care of by Violetta, his mother, who lives upstairs. She showed us everything, gave us all we asked for and was always available for any help and advise if needed. We definetely want to come back next year and would warmly recomend this house to everybody. Violetta, Ignas, thank you so much for everyhting!
