My place is in a historical building in Alfama, with view to River Tejo, close to Panteão and the flea market feira da ladra. It is 5 minutes from S.Apolonia train station and metro, 15 min walk to the city center. Though the attic is close to small restaurants, Fado places and cafes, it is calm and silent. The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.
