The villa was great. Walking distant to Fishermans village, restaurants just down the road. We had a rental car dropped off and picked up from the villa, which was very hassle free. Kitchen equipped with enough to be able to cook a meal there. Beautiful views from every room. The pool was fabulous and cleaned every day. All rooms had air con. 7eleven close by (could walk) to pick up day to day bits.

Koh Samui was amazing and even better than we expected! The host and team were fantastic, making our stay really special. We spent a month in this lovely home and had a great experience. What We Loved: The house is in a great location—just outside the busy tourist areas, so you get a more local feel while still having everything nearby. There are great restaurants, convenience stores, laundry services, fresh fruit stands, massage places, a nail salon, motorbike rentals, and a beautiful beach just minutes away. My favorite part was finding an awesome fitness program close by! The house itself is spacious and open, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. We’d love to come back! PS: Don’t miss Fit Koh Café and Farm Cafe—both are amazing!

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! We will be back for longer next time ❤️ See you soon beautiful souls! ∞/10 🫰🏼

This was our third time staying at this absolute gem…. View is unparalleled and brings a sense of calm. The villa needs some TLC, but if you can look past some maintenance issues, you will not find a more peaceful villa in Samui with amazing views. Nok and her team do a fabulous job managing the property. Service team are in and out like clockwork. Our only gripe is that the pillows suck. We bought our own. The ac works well in bedrooms (key) but main floor not so much - we would just jump in the pool! Highly recommended if available!

Had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this villa, despite the daily rain! Plenty of space; wonderful salt pool; strong wifi + Netflix on smart TVs; amazing, breezy views over Thongson Beach; and a friendly, accommodating host. Be sure to stock up on groceries (recommend Tops at Central for extensive choice) and/or install Grab for food delivery. Would definitely come again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, but you really need your own transportation. We had a car and motorbike so everything was accessible to us. At the moment there is a lot of construction going on around the villa which caused some noise at some point. All in all had a great stay where we definitely want to come back.
