Cozy place, exactly as shown in the photos, the host is very polite, and proactive, I recommend it, several beach options

Super polite and considerate host, was ready, a beautiful place for those who want to leave the city and have peace of mind!! As we were in the heat season, which was desired was an air conditioning, only the fans did not account, but other than that ranch grade 1,000!!! We will definitely return more often!!

Your Manoel is very receptive. The very cozy and wide house felt at home. Clean towels and sheets, fully equipped kitchen. My kids made the party with the pool that to improve is heated. When I am passing by again for sure I will stay again.

Ample space in all the rooms of the house, ample garage space, pool area and very cozy barbecue area.

I highly recommend it. The place is spectacular, perfect beds and mattresses, well-equipped swimming pool, kitchen and well-equipped house. The river is the worst in front of the house a separate spectacle.

We stayed at the ranch for the second time, and as always very great, everything very clean, ranch near the river great location! Check-in and check-out were very easy, the house was, as always, very clean and organized Note 10000 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The space too Good! We were in 03 people and we used the accommodation to rest, did the job too much and the host was very clear, thoughtful and objective.

Great stay. New house, extremely clean and with everything we needed. I recommend it to everyone.

Despite not having spent much time in the house, it was extremely helpful to have a laundry, great cost-benefit, very helpful and available host. We were able to check out late without any problems, too.

It was my first time renting an Airbnb. I am extremely pleased with the accommodation, all very clean and organized. All rooms large and comfortable. Super quiet, quiet street with easy access to the city center. The house has all the necessary equipment for the stay... air conditioning, TV, fridge, microwave, stove and coffee maker... Lucildes was very attentive with us. I intend to rent whenever it goes to lins.

Great house! Everything is clean, beautiful and comfortable. Good mattress and enough pillows. Gisele responds quickly and promptly provided us with towels, which we did not bring. It was kind from beginning to end. The room with air-conditioning and ceiling fan is a plus. From the first interaction to check-in, everything was extremely quick and streamlined. She was very understanding at check-out. We needed an emergency place to stay because the hotels were full, and it was better than getting a vacancy in one. The location is good and easy to find, it has signs. Even in front of the garden, we didn't see any mosquitoes. It has a garage that fits a car easily. My mother uses a cane and has mobility issues, and the use of the house was smooth. Only single, low steps. The pool is large and clean.
