The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Options such as pizza, breakfast, sauna, and pool are available upon request. If you wish to order Neapolitan pizza directly from the pizza oven, please state this a few days before arrival.

Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and the IKEA Museum. Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

We recommend staying here as a couple or family, keep in mind the cabin is 25m2 indoors. Welcome to the simple life of the cabin life.

For those who like to be active, canoes are available to borrow, so you can explore the water on your own. Sjöstugan is located in a beautiful cultural landscape, with a short walk of just under a kilometer to Linnaeus's Råshult – a place full of history and scenic charm.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation in the heart of nature with lots of berries and mushrooms nearby. The house is in good condition and has the amenities you could wish for and has two cozy fireplaces. The house is surrounded by open fields and beautiful nature. Purchased a new roof shower in 2025. Possible to rent our rowboat for fishing for a small fee. Cozy barbecue area by a pond 200 meters from the house.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

You can go fly fishing in Gustavsfors, 11 minutes from here.
