The place was clean and modern, and the hosts are always responsive. They also allowed us to store our luggage before check-in time which was really appreciated. Would recommend!

房間非常整潔乾淨，地點方便，離龍山寺捷運站只是幾分鐘的步行，附近有夜市及便利商店 唯一問題是蠻多小蒼蠅的 ;( 通常聚集在玄關位置，有時會飛進房子𥚃。雖然房間𥚃有提供殺蟲劑，但多噴好像也不太好 還有就是其中一間房間是在大門旁邊，樓梯下面，也靠近整棵大廈的大門，所以當樓上住客上下樓梯時，外面馬路有車子經過的時候都會比較吵。建議比較淺眠的朋友要戴耳塞睡覺

This place is super clean, cozy, and stylish! The area is peaceful, and feels really safe, plus it’s super easy to get around and there’s no shortage of yummy foods hereby. The host is super nice and made me feel right at home,.If you’re coming to Tamsui, this is the spot. I’ll totally be back!

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

To start with Ric is extremely responsive and supported always on any queries we had coming from a different country. The house is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood.The nearest metro station is at a walkable distance of few mins.The place has accessible groceries which are accessible at all hours.Loads of eateries are also present in the neighborhood. The house is very clean with all necessary amenities.Entry and exit at all hours is very convenient. I will strongly recommend anyone travelling to Taipei to stay here ! Thanks Ric 😊

The space was very clean, big, and conveniently located. The beds and the sofa were also very comfortable. The host was also very quick to respond and was very friendly. For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was great.

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

房东热情好客，男主人也是一名骑行爱好者，临行前还特意帮我们打包捆绑行李，回来接着住！

시먼딩 역과 가까운 곳이라 이동이 편리했습니다! 또 수건을 제공해주셔서 짐을 줄일 수 있었어요. (모자라서 요청드렸더니 그 다음날 바로 가져다 주셨습니다.) 침대는 총 3개이고 복층 침실로 가는 계단이 어린 아이들에게는 조금 위험할 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 머그컵, 티스푼, 샴푸 바디클렌저가 제공되고 세탁할 수 있는 세제도 있어서 장기숙박을 하는 사람들에게는 큰 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 다만 접시나 칼, 수저 등이 없어서 필요한 분들은 꼭 챙겨오세요.

It is a unique place located at fishing village which is different from busy city Taipei. The town very quiet and there is no convenient store nearby. You can walk across the rainbow bridge from the homestay to Wei Zhu fishing market. We enjoy the harbour sunset scenery so much and dinner. Please remember to pre book taxi to airport cause can’t see taxi on street. Our landlady Michelle very helpful to call taxi for us cause we can’t make Taiwan call. Michelle very helpful and friendly easy to communicate. Short stay for early flight is suitable but remember to pre book taxi.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and quiet apartment in Taipei with good views of the city.

This place was spacious enough for our family with 2 young kids. With a crib for our youngest, there were 3 other beds, so we each got a bed. It's nice that there is a traditional market and a night market nearby. Slight downside is the water pressure in the shower was not strong and the water temperature would fluctuate more than one would expect. But otherwise, this place has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
