Here you can experience the silence and take a break from life. Close to nature and swimming. In the house, there is an electric sauna and access to a spa bath outside. At our own lake, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and swimming in the lake, why not a trip on the lake with the raft in silence. Access to 2 bicycles is available, for a ride in the surroundings. No smoking indoors in the entire property, smoking outdoors allowed. In winter, we charge a fee of SEK 200 for ice hole making if guests wish to swim in the winter

Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Want to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or more? With us you live in a newly built guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and own parking. Both Linköping and E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house is located overlooking Lake Roxen 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on the property.
