A lovely cottage with private beach

Beautiful cottage built as a traditional Swedish log house, with modern equipment and high comfort. Directly on the lake side with stunning views from a spacious terrace and full access to a private beach area. A bunk bed (the bottom bed is extra wide) in one bedroom and a double bed upstairs in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outside BBQ. Perfect for two grown ups and two children. There is a small motor boat perfect for fishing on the lake, a canoe and a kayak to rent.

This is a cozy little apartment in a private house (hosts live in the house next-door). Lake view, fridge, stove, bathroom with shower, access to laundry room, Wi-Fi, terrace with grill, jetty with row boat. 3,5 km to Rimforsa with grocery store, restaurants and a beach. Activities: swimming, boat tours, hiking, tennis, beautiful viewpoints to visit, rock climbing, caves, ice skates and skiing in winter. Kayaks and sauna for rent. Bicycles and row boat free to use. Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Villa Opphem is situated right by the lake Ämmern at the end of the village Opphem, between Vimmerby and Linköping. The house was renovated and extended in 2016.
