The apartment with newly-renovated room and toilet/shower has its own private entrance and private patio as well as parking. In the immediate vicinity of it there is a golf course. 200 m from the house there is a nice swimming area. The proximity to Linköping has made it popular for people who work in or near Linköping and need an apartment for a short or long stay, 1 - 3 people. Others who want to visit Linköping, Norrköping (such as Kolmården) or Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgren's World) have also appreciated this accommodation.

Here you will live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to the Göta Canal and within walking distance to Bergs locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large conservatory and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get to Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but with extra beds and sofa bed, I can accommodate up to 9 people. Only rent for a minimum of 3 nights

Beautiful accommodation with high standard.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly-renovated accommodation located in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next. You can find your own swimming spot in nature 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with its own parking, garden and entrance separate from the main building.

Flemma Gård Lake View with Sauna

En idyll med sjöutsikt. Första parkett med stor terrass och utsikt över sjön Roxen och Linköpings stadssiluett. Oavsett säsong njuter du av kuperade skogar och ängar. En kort promenad leder till sjön, stranden och allmän badplats. 18 minuter till Linköpings centrum och 5 minuter till Göta kanals största attraktion, Bergs slussar. Notera att sovrum 5 är genomgång till sovrum 3 och 4. Huset har badrum, extra WC samt separat dusch med bastu och bubbelbad. Passar 5–6 gäster vid längre vistelser.

Mormorstugan

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Modern, fully-furnished Studio in a brand new building on Kungsgatan in Linköping, only 300 meters to the Travel Center and Stora Torget. The apartment is between 25-31 sqm in size and has a dining area, living room area and a private kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and the utensils you need. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and laundry facilities are located in the house. The apartment has a 160 cm wide bed. Free Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast.

Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Norrköping S (Norsholm)

Mysigt och nyrenoverat gästhus vid sjön Roxen. Här njuter du av skogen som ligger intill, fågelkvitter, vackra Göta kanal och dess båtar. Badstranden ligger på gångavstånd från huset. Kök med spis, ugn, micro, tvättmaskin, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och brödrost. Sovrum med 140cm bred säng. Bäddsoffa 140 cm utbäddad. I Norsholm finner du trevliga restauranger, ICA Nära samt café. Avstånd till Linköping och Norrköping är 20 minuter och populära Kolmården når du på 40 minuter.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation located on an old farm. This small cottage (60 sqm) is high up, with a breathtaking view of the plain. Cozy inside, enjoy the quiet countryside or explore Östergötland's pearls near and far! This authentic Swedish “stuga” (60 sqm) contains a bed-sitting room, a kitchen and bathroom. Read your book by the log fire, do some sight-seeing or explore the tranquil surroundings! We will be happy to provide further information in English.

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!
