The main space is perfect for relaxing and visiting - but the bedrooms have enough space between them to provide some quiet and privacy for groups that have both early birds and night owls. Listening to the birds while sitting in the hot tub was especially relaxing, after attending a busy family gathering at a nearby winery.

Enjoyable stay at Matt’s place. Peaceful and quiet location that was about 20 mins to the north entrance of Skyline Drive and downtown Front Royal. The property was well maintained and clean on the inside. Clean and functional kitchen. Some of the furniture on the lower level had stains / dirt marks, but we did not need to use that level much as there was enough seating space on the main level. All in all, we liked it, and would come back again.

Natasha’s cabin in the wilderness was such an incredible getaway for us. This place is a hidden gem that offers an opportunity for deep recharge and reconnection. The esthetics of the place are incredible- light, airy, fresh and modern. Her activity recommendations were really helpful and we got to enjoy the beautiful skyline drive not far away. Stargazing from the hot tub was a highlight! We hope to get the chance to stay here again!

This was my first Airbnb stay, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The cabin was peaceful, cozy, and tucked into a beautiful natural setting—absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. The scenery was stunning, with views that made the morning and evening feel magical. Inside, the cabin had everything we needed and more. There were so many entertainment options to choose from, whether we wanted to relax with a movie, play a game, or just enjoy the quiet together. Morry was an exceptional host—friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond if we had a question. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

Joel was an excellent and attentive host! The space is funky and fun, the turntables and records especially so. Make sure to check out the clock and the Tetris light in particular. The guest bedroom/bathroom and primary bedroom/bathroom being on separate floors made it great for privacy. It was hard to tell from the original posting about the privacy of the land and surrounding areas, so I asked Joel for more specifics when I booked and his description was very accurate. The cabin is part of a private community with smaller plot sizes but access to a private community lake and other cool amenities. My dad and I just stared out the windows at the ever-changing weather and the wildlife, playing games and listening to records. Very chill. Many types of birds, a cute little skink, and some deer. The Blue Mountain area is gorgeous. Highly recommend!
