Newly built and well-planned Attefall house of 30 square meters (323 square feet). The area is quiet and green, with proximity to outdoor recreation areas. The house is brand new and has its own entrance from a shared parking area, with a hall, a combined living room/kitchen, a bathroom, one bedroom, and a large loft. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined oven/microwave, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious with a washer/dryer. The separate bedroom has a 160-cm bed and a closet. The loft has two 90-cm (35-inch) mattresses and has a low ceiling.

Newly-built private house in a high position with terrace, 2 minutes to the bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking is included. Bed linens, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to the swimming lake, 15 minutes to the nature reserve. 2 minutes to grocery store open every day 8 am - 10 pm. 2 bikes are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sandy beach, 30 min. NOTE: Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

Cozy cottage at the edge of the forest

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Welcome to stay in our nice house in Älta, 150 sqm. The house has a large garden with a patio, both in the front and back. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk from the house. Welcome

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

The Jetty Suite, with Sauna, canoe & add-on spa

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Welcome to our serene guesthouse, beside a scenic nature reserve. Walking distance to nearby beach and lakes. Inside, you'll find a cozy retreat with a sofa bed (140cm) , loft sleeping area (160cm), and a compact kitchen. While our kitchen is modest, we're dedicated to meeting your needs and we'll do our best to accommodate. Unwind with sauna access and a dip in the pool, available by arrangement. With nearby bus stops and free parking, your tranquil retreat is just a reservation away!
