The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the island. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which 100 meters from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger party (up to 30 residents). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private backyard has a natural pool and wood-fired hot tub for about 10 people. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will stay unless you have notified us otherwise (requires nothing from you as a guest).

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with about 300 meters to the forest. The house is perfect for families with children or guests who like to cycle, hike and run in nature. Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy villa located in Tyresö, southeast of Stockholm. Close to bus stop and only 25 minutes by bus and subway from Central Stockholm, about 15 minutes by car. The house is within walking distance of Tyresö Centrum and close to grocery stores. Single-storey house with basement measuring about 130 sqm (80 sqm living space). The house has a hall, a large and a small bathroom, two bedrooms with room for 5 people, living room with sofa bed and dining room.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.
