My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Entire private flat with own entrance set in the picturesque village of Laneham with lots of local attractions. Ideal for small families and couples looking for a countryside break or for work trips being reasonably close to Lincoln, Newark and Retford. The flat is the second floor of an old barn in a village with a brewery, pubs and nice walks along the Trent.

A spacious, comfortable apartment in Lincoln City Centre with 3 double bedrooms, occupying the 1st & 2nd floors above a shop, next to the University of Lincoln. All of Lincoln's city centre bars and venues are within a short walk. There's a 24 hour carpark opposite, a 2 minute walk. If you're visiting for business or leisure, or with connections to the University it's ideal. Please note due to the location overlooking the High St and next to the railway it will rarely be silent at night.
