Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. Always a great place to stay. But the checkin process is annoying as hell and intrusive. I already verified my identity Airbnb. Making me go through the whole ID process again is absurd and frustrating.

Anthony was very responsive! He answered all questions right away. He sent messages to check in on us and made sure we felt at home. The neighborhood is very quite. Space was perfect distance from the free to our event parking was a breeze! Plenty of spaces even during the late night early mornings. Definitely will be visiting again!

Great place. Perfect location, very spacious, well equipped, comfortable. Great hosts too. Responsive, accommodating. It can get a bit noisy with the bar downstairs, but that is mentioned in the listing + noise stops at 11pm, and only happens a couple of times a week. Plus: if you're cool, you'll just walk out, 5 steps, and join the fun at the bar (Jazz, Vinyl nights, etc). Internet wasn't great. But still, a perfect spot to spend a few (or several) days in Detroit. Will be back!

I came to Detroit for a concert at the Masonic Temple. It was an easy walk to and from. Great restaurants & bars within walking distance. You can literally see Comerica Park & Little Caesars Arena from the building. Easy to get to from the freeway, easy parking & navigating. The check in instructions were very clear, and I appreciated the photos to help understand. The space is quaint & full of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen & bathroom. It felt like a space I would live in. The elevator was out of service, but Paige was 100% up front about this & I didn't mind the exercise going up & down the stairs. I will definitely keep this space in mind for future concerts & Tigers games!

This was our second time visiting Allison and Anthony’s place. We love that the location is close to and easy to get to downtown Detroit, while being just outside of the hustle and bustle to feel quiet and peaceful. Their place has everything you need, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable! To top it off, they provide wonderful local recommendations for activities, shopping, art/architecture, restaurants, and hidden gems!

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

This place is close to downtown and close to 3 main freeways (75, 94, and 96) so getting places always felt easy during my stay. The place is also just like the pictures are. It was clean and the layout was comfortable. Would definitely stay again in the future

Even though the house is very close to the Detroit airport, we didn't notice any air traffic unless we were outside. It was great to see robins and chipmunks in the yard. Our kids really enjoyed the basement equipped with a TV and an air hockey game.

This home was everything I had seen in the description. I was very pleased with the home’s location and amenities. My guest and I loved the walkable area. We visited parks, bakery, bookstore. We attended a coffee roasting experience offered in Air BNB which was amazing at 14th Coffee company, Dutch Boy Chocolate, Colchester Harbor and two wineries. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone. I definitely will return from Kansas. A beautiful experience of Amherstburg. Thank you, Lindsay.

It’s a lovely place in Windsor, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house is clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with a pleasant fragrance throughout. It matched my expectations perfectly and is definitely a place I’d love to visit again.

We stayed at Kirby’s place in between the sale and purchase of our home. I cannot say enough about her as a host. Always responsive always pleasant and always accommodating As a traveler I will add my thoughts on the property itself because I could literally write how wonderful she was a host for the entire post otherwise! So this is based on the property itself Location: Perfection. It’s tucked away and quiet. We had the most peaceful stay due to the stillness of the area. If we wanted to, there was fun and music about .5 mile away. Close to major road/fwy Pros: Quaint , laundry on site which was very helpful given we were all working. Kitchen etc.. home away from home vibe Cons: Older Michigan home so you can definitely smell the dampness, not uncommon for older houses in the area, room spray helped. Tiny, you can see the whole space from 1 room (not always a con I guess). The housekeeping could be better (not a host issue) Could use more cooking utensils. Beds are a bit stiff

We enjoyed our stay at Adham's place. It was a very peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean and had some games downstairs which worked out great for us and my son. I would recommend this place if you're looking to stay in Allen Park area.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for an event in downtown Ann Arbor. The unit was in a great location and walk-able to everything. I even took a walk down to the Big House which was less than a mile away. So many good restaurants; We highly recommend Echelon Kitchen & Bar on Main Street. The condo is a perfect size for two people and we would love to stay here again!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes
