The home is located in Lincoln NH in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, ice cream shops etc. The house was built in 2015 and features AC with radiant heated floors and a log fireplace. Gourmet Kitchen and Pantry. Game room on lower level with one bath and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. pool table, ping pong and air hockey as well as a large sofa and Xbox with 65" flat screened TV. Exterior deck with grill and seating.
