Amazing stay! The view from the accommodation is spectacular, as shown in the photos. The host was excellent: always available, quick to respond and resolve any questions or details. In addition, they were very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our experience even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay at. It actually felt like luxury. Was great to have spare sheets and a blanket to do a movie night on the fold out couch as there was no TV in the bedroom. The balcony was great with a lovely view of the green tree suburb below. So much was close by - shopping, food, bars. Easy access to the pool on the roof. Was a perfect stay.

Tremendo everything. The bottom of a show, the only thing to criticize is that the password entry did not work for me and if or if I needed the key, so the 5 we went we had to handle each other or agree not to be outside.

Excellent place, very clean and with everything you need. The area is impeccable, very close to the gastronomic center. The neighborhood is quiet, it is meters from a supermarket where you can find everything, The pool is all you need after a very hot day. It has good hours to use it. The security guard is very attentive and gave us all the directions we needed. His name is Ariel Acosta. If I return to Asunción I would not hesitate to stay in the same place. Thank you

The location is great, very close to the malls and with easy access to everything we need. The neighborhood felt very safe, which brought even more comfort during the stay. Both the apartment and the structure of the building are great, spacious and well maintained. Also, the host has always been very kind and responded quickly whenever we need it. We really enjoyed the experience and would undoubtedly return!

It's in the best assumption building. Everything is easy, comfortable and fluid here. Pool and gym of 10. Playstation5, coworking… The apartment is great, clean and like home. Also that it is not monoenvironment and has a room it is very nice.

Good location, steps away from the Mcal López and Casa Rica shopping malls. Relatively safe neighborhood, you can walk around peacefully. The room is great for a single person, you can bring guests and have a good time on the balcony equipped to have a family barbecue. You have everything you need at hand! A very good place, really.

Without exaggerating, our highlight of the three weeks we were in Paraguay, even traveling, was our stay at First Living. The building is new and impeccable, maintaining a very high standard of comfort. The staff at the front desk was always attentive to guests. The apartment was excellent with a high-end bed (maybe a little hard for some) that gave us the right sleep for each night. The location in the Villa Morra neighborhood (the new center of Asunción) is ideal in every way. Very safe and very attractive. We loved being able to walk to all the shopping malls and even to the “café de acá” (100% recommended) which is just an 8-minute walk away. Sometimes on weekdays and weekends there are concerts in nearby bars that last only 2-3 hours that can be heard from the apartment. Everything was perfect. We would definitely go back to the same place.

I loved staying at this Aparthotel. The value for money is excellent, and the staff was always very kind and attentive to any request. The whole place has that pleasant hotel scent that makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean and with a super comfortable bed. It also had hot water without any problems, which is appreciated. Another advantage is its location: close to everything but in a quiet area. In addition, they have a buffet breakfast, in front, at night, a very good quality meat restaurant opens. I also recommend Viennesa, which is close and ideal for everyday life. Honestly, it was a better experience than other Airbnbs in more modern buildings and supposedly better neighborhoods. I would definitely repeat!

Good area, with a Biggie nearby (24-hour convenience store) The stay was normal, as expected. No problems. The highlight was the communication; at all times Ruben and his team were in contact with me. I knew I'd get a quick response if anything went wrong.

That is one great apartment! I love the wooden floor and the soacious shower. Also, there are two ACs, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I also love the lock at the door of the apartment which just requires a six dihit code instead of a physical key. Location is great, right in Villa Morra.

I want to thank Juan for providing us with a cozy and comfortable space during our stay in Asuncion, The apartment is beautiful, with impeccable decor and with all the necessary details to feel at home. The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. His communication was clear, quick and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat In short, this apartment is a gem in Asuncion, If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable and well located place, please feel free to choose this apartment. Ethel's place was fantastic. It is in a great location, close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The air conditioning worked well, a mini-split in every room. The bedding was comfortable. I will stay here again if I visit Asuncion.
