The place is amazing, a beautiful view, a wonderful beach nearby, the house is spacious, comfortable and impeccable with everything you need to have an excellent stay. Javier is always attentive and cordial!!

A spectacular and fully equipped house to enjoy as a family. It has all the comforts and is about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the center of Tongoy. Ideal resting and getting away from the noise.

Our stay at Matías's house was excellent. The house is in a very secure gated condominium and has all amenities described in the listing. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the beach socos down the dunes, a very nice hike. We really enjoyed our vacations. Thank you so much!!!

The place and the house are highly recommended for a family vacation. Highlighting Loreto was very attentive and was always available for any questions, an excellent host. Highlighting the privileged environment and the pozones are ideal for a day at the beach for kids and adults. In the afternoon you can enjoy the pool with a unique view and sunset from the spacious terrace. The house complies with all the functionalities and amenities as indicated in the description and the wifi is excellent since there is little cellular coverage. As a recommendation I would reinforce some cleaning and fumigating sectors.

The accommodation is very good, we even found it larger than what it looked like in the photos, it has all the amenities for a family, we were quite comfortable and the area is super quiet and peaceful. Regarding parking, consider that we went in a Maxus T60 van and a Jeep Cherokee, both vehicles just fit in the parking lot, although they were fine in length, in width it is impossible to open doors on one side of the vehicle, in the same way one of the nights we left one of the vehicles outside the house and absolutely nothing happened. The place was also quite central, we were 10 minutes or less from wherever we needed to go. It's definitely a place to go back to.

Very central to the beach and the cove, as if to go even walking. The clean place is just like the photos, the only detail is that the fair is on Mondays and Fridays outside the house.
