House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

We had a really nice stay at Nataša's and Sonja's home. It was very easy to find, convenient to the center of town, and the accommodation had everything we needed. We also enjoyed meeting and talking to Sonja, Nataša and family -- very lovely people. I hope we will be back, so that we can stay there again. Thank you for everything and all the best.

The place was perfect and right in the center of the action in old down, just a minute walk to the marina! It had all the amenities and Graciela was so patient with our late arrival and met us personally to greet us and bring us in!

This is one of the most simply beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, helped by Rovinj being one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. Cindy's place is adorable and elevated, has literally everything you need, and she is an exceptionally responsive host. You're in a great location in old town - everything walkable in minutes. I loved all the details.

Es war wunderschön! Mitten in der Natur und trotzdem mit dem Fahrrad in 10min in der Stadt und in 5min am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich und Toni und Nina sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Schweren Herzens mussten wir diese zauberhafte Unterkunft wieder verlassen. Für uns war alles perfekt. Jelena war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alles super organisiert. Wir fühlten uns noch vor der Ankunft willkommen. Sobald wir wieder in der Gegend sind, wird hier nachgeschaut,ob frei ist.
