Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lilongwe

Nice place, would highly recommend. Its well decorated, well equipped, Marshall is a very kind and accomodating guy. The security guards were very kind and helpful even helping me load my car on the way out. I had never been to Malawi before, so as I foreigner I didnt realize the country experiences daily scheduled blackouts for 8 hours a day seemingly alternating between evening and day. Also, the location listed on Airbnb was off by quite a bit. This was disappointing on arrivall but Marshall and the security guards more than made up for it with their kindness and warmth.

Perfectly located, clean and comfortable place in Lilongwe to stay over for a night or for more days while in Lilongwe. Just bring your own soap/shampoo.

Daphne and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. I arrived late on a Friday and Daphne even made dinner for me to have with them, it made all the difference! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lilongwe.

The place is amazing. It indeed gives a great mix between the rural experience and modern. I was able to kick back and relax. My visit also coincided with traditional ( Nyau) event, which was great to experience! Wifi would be great. However, having no immediate access was not a problem as I could buy units elsewhere and use onsite

Jessie and her husband were wonderful hosts. What a lovely family! When we had difficulty finding the place, she met us and we followed her to the AirBnB. This was just the first example of her going the extra mile to help us. The whole family went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was awesome! They shopped especially to accommodate our diet and the food was delicious! Next time we’re in that area, we’ll be back.

Owen is a great host. If you can twist his arm, let him make you his local chicken and chilli grill or lemon chicken with sweet potato!

This was our second stay at Mabuya and the first in their rental house. We found it to be comfortable and quiet with the convenience of the restaurant and staff on site. We would recommend it and plan to stay here again in our future travels.

I loved staying with Irene! She did everything to make me feel comfortable and at home and even cooked for me! We had incredible conversations and she taught me so much about Malawi. I would stay with her again without a doubt!

Ronald and his staff are super friendly and accommodating. This property is very well located, 2 mins walk to a busy centre where you can do shopping, eat out and have a drink.

Second time staying here. Still a great option in Lilongwe. Peaceful and serene. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Will stay again next time!

Good place to stay nearby Gatewall Mall, convenient for early bus departures from there

Such a safe quiet place. Clean and had running water the entire time, hot water for a shower everyday didn't have any issues. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

This is an awesome place in the affluent area of Lilongwe. The landscape is done beautifully with a lovely swimming pool and BBQ area at the back. The apartment is lovely with exquisite furniture and fittings. The place is well covered for power fluctuations with back up generator. It is private and good for work or meetings too. Edward was so helpful with tips to make my life as a foreigner, easy in Lilongwe. He is a good communicator and very helpful. I highly recommend Edward’s place to any would-be guest planning to visit Lilongwe.
