You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Waterfront Apartment & Garden

With amazing ocean/water views & access to quiet Gunyah Beach this superb, newly renovated private home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/kitchen area leading onto deck, BBQ, lawn & beach. Explore, swim, snorkel, paddle or sun bake right out the front. Easy access to the village, restuarants, ferry & Royal National Park. Cronulla is a quick ferry ride away - not that you'll want to leave beautiful Bundeena. We are dog friendly with approval.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

The cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.
