In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. And on the terrace you will find barbecue and the opportunity to rinse off the sand from the beach walks. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST OUTSIDE TO ENTER THE BATHROOM.

Lodged in the absolute centre of Nykøbing Falster you’ll have a feeling of living in a village two hundred years ago. The house is half-timbered and possibly built in 1777. There is 300 m to the major supermarkets and about 500 m to the waterfront of Guldborgsund. The house is located at the end of a very quiet small cobblestoned strait. You will have access to a small cosy (hyggelig) garden behind the house.
