There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Our cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from Enø beach and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.

This thatched cottage from 1805 is located by the sea as the last house on the pier in a small village. You can go for wonderful walks in nearby forests or you can just sit in the garden or inside the house and enjoy the spectacular view - on three sides of the house your view will be the sea. Inside the small and cozy house you will find two bedrooms with double beds. But if you prefer to sleep ‘outside’ in the garden annex there is a double bed waiting for you here (the red painted room).
