Friendly studio and close to everything

studio that has a loft bed on one side. It is located facing south with a large balcony and especially 1.5 km from the stations. 5 minutes walk from the tram (3 stops from the stations) as well as small shops 200 m. I would like to point out that my apartment is a smoking apartment and I live in this apartment so all my belongings are there. I obviously leave room in the fridge. The apartment has been well lived in but it is very warm with the advantage of being in a quiet residence. Have fun 😊
