A cozy and bright apartment with use of garden and private entrance. Easily accessible from highway. Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. They are also available for rent.

Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. With all facilities needed it's the ideal accommodation for families and business travellers looking for temporary housing in The Netherlands. Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. Our attractive B&B "Woodpecker" is located in the middle of the wooded area between Lieshout and Gerwen. Spacious 84m2 with sleeping accommodation for 5 people. Free parking on site. The area is ideal for walking, cycling / mountain biking, a visit to the adjacent doll museum, the Van Gogh Museum in Nuenen, Eindhoven 12 km away. Several golf courses about 10 km away. The outdoor swimming pool can be used from May to October 1, weather permitting.

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors.
