Attention - footpath is closed from March 31 - Oct 2025 due to Alpe Adria cycle path construction. Optimal for cycling, hiking. Toilet, shower 30 m in host house. (Optional use of washing machine also possible) Amenities: Refrigerator in the cabin. Grill, fireplace, cooking facilities (outdoor), solar shower outdoors. For fun: Swimming in the river, table tennis, badminton, darts, etc. available.

Our house is on a hill, which has a great view of the mountain lake and the surrounding mountains. Behind the house is a forest with mountain bars and beautiful air. Nearby is the city center and the shore of the lake with equipped beaches and water attractions. Nearby are tennis courts, golf courses, and cycling paths around the lake. Mineral water thermal baths are 30 km away. You can take excursions to Venice, Salzburg Innsbruck, etc. There are many attractions in Carinthia - you won't regret visiting us.

An absolutely perfect stay! The studio was simply great – super clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was very hygienic and in perfect condition. The amenities left nothing to be desired: from kitchen utensils to small extras, everything was really thought of. Particularly helpful were the detailed instructions for all devices and functions – so you immediately feel at home. In addition, the location was very quiet, ideal for relaxing. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thank you for this great stay!

Great place if you're looking for a quiet and secluded space with beautiful views. The bungalow was ready for us in every aspect: clean, plenty coffee pods, burning wood ready, BBQ with charcoal available, clear instructions how to use the pellet burner. There was even a lovely welcoming gift. Such a small gesture but makes such a difference! The owner was helpful and responsive. Gave us some recommendations which we were happy to explore. The only things we were missing where some basic kitchen stuff, such as salt, pepper, tea bags. There was no shower gel or shampoo available and towels were very small. Overall, the place was well prepared for us and the owner looks after his guests. And these views! Highly recommended!
